I need the person who knows PHP Smarty!
I need a person who is familiar with PHP smarty and has some experience creating templates (.tpl) for PHP Link Directory or eSyndicat Directory Scripts.
1. I would pay 80$ for both DESIGN of a template + Installation to the Directory Script
2. I would pay 25$ just to tranfer my own custom design into Template format
By the way: All templates must be PURE CSS, so my directory would be more Search Engine Friendly
